By highlighting his desire for transparency, the rapper stands in opposition to influencer agencies, often from reality TV, which he denounces.

Starting Blok aims to promote talented people (from artists to athletess, including filmmakers or graffiti artists for example) and support them during their career by facilitating collaborations with brands. Emphasis will be placed on ethics and transparency, particularly in collaborations with brands. In this sense, the agency has created its charter “to which talents and partners adhere”.
