Singer Brandy hospitalized in emergency

From her home in Los Angeles, 43-year-old Brandy was transferred to a city hospital for emergency medical treatment. According to TMZ and Page Six, the singer would have had an epileptic seizure.

The “Full Moon” artist is expected to recover as she has already had family members visit.

“To my beloved family, friends and starz, thank you for sending love and light my way. I am following doctors orders and getting the rest I need due to dehydration and low nutrition,” the 43-year-old singer wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, October 12.

The parents of the singer have made it known that the artist could soon leave, without however communicating on the true state of health of their daughter.
