Official UK Afrobeats Chart: The first afrobeats music charts launched in Great Britain.

This week sees the launch of the UK's first official Afrobeats Music Chart, which is a new weekly top 20 highlighting the booming Afrobeats scene, initiated by Afro Nation and compiled by the Official Charts Company.

The first Afrobeats music charts are to be compiled on behalf of the UK music industry, using sales and streaming data from Official Charts.

The inaugural painting will be unveiled on a special The Official UK Afrobeats Show on BBC Radio 1Xtra on July 26, featuring a range of hosts and artists from around the world.

Going forward, the Afrobeats chart will be released every Sunday at 14 p.m. via a weekly Spotify Official UK Afrobeats Chart playlist.
