Diddy privileges his family after Kim Porter's death

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has vowed to put his family first after Kim Porter's unexpected death.

In excerpts posted online, Combs expressed gratitude for the love and care of loved ones and fans who followed Porter's death, the November 15, 2018. Il admits that the tragedy forced him to become a more present father to his children: “Before that, I was a part-time dad, you know? My family has always been the first, but I have often chosen to work first, ”he said. “But every day I can hear her (Porter) telling me to go hang out with the kids and make sure everyone is okay, like she would. I'm just a lot more present and more importantly now my kids come first for the rest of my life ”.

According to Combs, three days before her death, she had the flu and "sent the children to my place so they wouldn't get sick," he recalls one evening as he went to check on her. “Every time Kim and I spoke, it was about the kids,” he adds. "It was what fascinated her the most."

The magazine will be on newsstands Friday.
