Heir Watanabe presumably wants to end the year in the best possible way. After the announcement of his two concerts in September in Ivory Coast, the Prince of Rumba returns that of his East African tour. It will indeed be July 26 to August 5, 2018 in concert at Nairobi, Goma and Kampala.
